I've been coming here since 2016 and I really thank Groupon for introducing me to this place. I got my first ever facial here from Susan and my skin immediately saw amazing results. I always get the microdermabrasion facial and would highly recommend it. I love this place so much I even bought two packages! Susan is the absolute sweetest! She's thorough, explains every step that she's doing, and genuinely seems like she cares about the health of your skin. I don't think I can go anywhere else, yet alone, to anyone else. Book your facials and massages here with Susan if you can, you will NOT be disappointed!

This place is the BEST for facials. I have tried a few other places in Philadelphia and New Jersey, but nothing compares to skin station. It is well worth the trip to NYC!

Jenny is so thorough and makes sure you are comfortable the entire time. I couldn't believe all the different products they use for your face. They will make sure to use the most appropriate products for your skin type. If you want, they'll even tweeze your eyebrows as part of the facial. My skin was GLOWING after this session, but I was told you'll see the benefits within the first few days to come.I would recommend this facial to anyone in the tristate area. It's where I go for a treat yourself day once a year. Definitely try to book with Jenny! She's amazing!

Came here for a microdermabrasion on the recomendation of a neighbor (who has beautiful skin!) a while back and meant to write a review. It's not a fancy or especially luxurious spa by any means, but they definitely get the job done. The esthetician I saw was very informative, made me feel very comfortable, competent, and was just plain good. My skin was noticeably smoother and clearer for weeks after. Results were identical to those I get from the same service at my dermatologist, but for less than half the cost! Making my next appointment as soon as I post this.

this is long overdue, but have been going here for over 2 years now and there's a reason i've stayed. I got the first session as a Groupon deal & never looked back. Great staff, i've been going to Maggie for a while. She has a great technique. She doesn't scrape your entire face like other estheticians who leave your entire nose or cheeks swollen from scraping. She is pretty meticulous. NEWS FLASH: extractions are going to hurt a little, depending on the depth of the extraction and how long it's been there. It's nothing new. I went today after a three month hiatus & yea, there was a lot of work to be done! My skin is always in great shape after Maggie does what needs to be done. That being said, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Been coming here for over a year, was a Groupon customer at first and eventually bought their packages. I get the hydrodermabrasions and deep pore facial by May the esthetician who is absolutely flawless and gentle in extracting, no redness, and no new pimples afterwards. For as long as she works here I will continue to come.

My shoulders have been very tense lately from carrying a heavy bag, but after Lauren's great massage technique, I feel flexible and comfortable. My face is feeling much fresher and smoother after a wonderful, relaxing facial, too. I went to Skin Station because of a Groupon deal, but I will definitely be a regular here! Fantastic service!

I had a great experience! The place is a little hard to find because it’s a basement, so look for the address and walk down the steps and you’ll see the sign there. The staff were so lovely and all greeted me. I checked in easily and then was offered tea or water (anyone that has green tea already gets major points for me!). Immediately they put the gel on my eyebrows to numb them. After 30 minutes, my lady came out and drew an outline of what my eyebrows would look like. She also asked if I had any reference pictures and I showed her one and she explained what was done in that picture so I could fully understand. After we went into the back into my room and she made sure to show me that all the needles were new and unopened. The procedure didn’t hurt much, probably a 4/10 because I got my eyebrows shaded (that one hurt quite a bit). She showed me the mirror throughout to see if I liked how it was going. Overall I LOVE my eyebrows. Staff gets a 10/10! I 100% recommend them!

The staff here give good massages and facials. Extractions don't hurt and your skin feels very clean and fresh after their care.

I had a wonderful facial here today. The spa is very clean and comfortable. They take all precautions to protect our health. The technician was highly skilled, thorough and gentle. My skin has never looked and felt better!It was so great that I bought a package so I can take my husband there for Father's Day. He's never had a facial, but he loves being pampered and I know this will be a present he won't expect, but I also know that he'll like it as much as I did.

I have been going to this spa faithfully for the last several years, for massages and facials. Have brought along my mom and husband a few times as well. Lee is the best, she always knows exactly where my knots are without me telling her anything, her hands are pure magic. Christine is also very very good (for my hubby who is a husky guy). Always very clean and on time. I always get a phone reminder the day before and I leave consistently satisfied. Don't hesitat to give them a try!

I like this place. One of the best in Staten Island! Came there for facial that I bought on Groupon and I liked it so much that I purchased the package for facials/massages that I can share with my friend. My boyfriend and I come for the massage once per month and we just love it! The facial is also very good. Now my face looks much better. They know what they do, and the do it great! Good place. Definitely recommend.

I've been to many 5 star spas and I have to say the massage was above and beyond any of these Spas. I was very satisfied and I am definitely coming back Christine was excellent from start to finish. Right after the massage She went right into my facial without a pause. She is totally professional and did a fabulous facial. I highly recommend this hidden gem. Lee took care my friend and she was just as happy and satisfied with her services. This is truly a great find!

I have been getting facials for over twenty five years and I have been going to skin station on old town road for about 4 years. I love it there! I started with a groupon and then was offered a great package deal. When I call for an appointment and it goes to voicemail my call is returned within 5 minutes. They are very accommodating. Lee is always so nice and respectable. She always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable.The spa is very clean, spells nice and when I am in the room I do not hear anything outside of the room. I have been to other skin stations and this is my favorite. I would recommend this spa is everyone. If you are buying a groupon or thinking of going here, you would love it and when they are offering you a package to buy, do yourself a favor and buy it because it is a great deal! I love when I get e-mails on specials they are running, I feel like I am connected as a respected customer. Thank you skin station .

I Purchase a Groupon here for me and my best friend and we were treated like queens. Everyone is so friendly and very passionate about their jobs. They gave me a skin evaluation and suggested what products was good was my skin. My skin is sensitive and dry so I told them nothing too heavy on my face and they were very gentle. I purchased Clarins moisturizer from them because I needed a hydrating cream under my make up for the winter season and works well with early wrinkles.

Skin station has been my go to salon since 2004...their facials are superb.. the massages are  great too.It's a very zen place.. I was there yesterday, and Elaine took care of my face  and left it feeling smooth and refreshed , she knew exactly what I needed.. And Karen the manager was also super helpful and made me feel comfortable as well.During the facial I actually caught myself dozing off a few times.. I highly recommend skin station for all your beauty needs..

I had only been here for eyebrow waxes when my normal lady was out.  It's always shaped pretty well and costs about $15 with tax.Today I tried a deep tissue hour massage for $50 since it is Spa Week.  The massage was excellent and can't beat the price!She targeted any spots that had tension.   The staff is all very friendly and it is usually easy to get an appointment.

I recently visited the skin station on forest ave, in staten island.  I have had   facials, laser treatments and microbrading for my eyebrows.  I was very pleased with my results.  The staff is very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every service I had.  They put great deal of  time and effort to make sure I was satisfied. I was greeted by Karen, the store manager, who was extremely helpful and accommodating.  She represents skin station very well and is a pleasure to work with. Liya did my facials and laser treatments.  She was wonderful and did an excellent job.  I highly recommend her.  Daren did my eyebrows and I have received many compliments on his work.  He is very talented and takes his time..  my experience with skin station has been very rewarding.  I highly recommend this day spa.

I had a wonderful experience today with Cecilia and Karen ! They were both very pleasant . Karen greeted and welcomed me into the center. She made me feel comfortable and offered a beverage . Cecelia did the actual service which was a brown sugar body scrub with a sea weed mud wrap. It was delightful, my skin was glowing and felt very smooth. Thank you for my wonderful experienced ladies! I will be back for a facial and another body service!
